The Concept is Simple

If you use our leads as they were designed, you will convert them into mortgage life insurance sales. Our experience tells us so. As such, subject to the conditions described below, IF YOU PURCHASE THE GUARANTEE FOR THAT MAILING, we will guarantee that you will sell insurance products.

This guarantee is available for purchase on the first and second mailing you do with us only; however, you may expect the same great results from any leads we develop for you. After that, we will discuss in which exclusive territory you wish to work. It’s that easy.

This is a no hassle offer. If you follow the clearly defined terms and conditions of our guarantee, you will either sell insurance or get your money back within days! We are that confident we can help you be more successful. Are you willing to take a chance?

OUR GUARANTEE

Targeted Mailings

Marketing Resources (the seller or we) guarantees that you (the buyer or you), or your surrogate, will sell insurance products to at least one (1) of each two hundred and fifty (250) mailing pieces from the mailing you purchase from us or we will refund the per piece mailing cost for that two hundred and fifty (250) mailing pieces.
 

Specific Count Leads

The maximum number of leads for the guarantee is 25 and the guarantee may only be purchased once by each client.

We guarantee that the agent will sell insurance products to at least one (1) of each five (5) specified count leads that they purchase from us or we will refund the per lead cost for those five (5) specified count leads.

These orders must be taken in quantities of 5 leads (in compliance with our minimum order amounts) and the guarantee fee is $25 per lead.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


A sale shall be defined as an application for life or disability insurance you develop from a prospect developed directly or indirectly from the mailing pieces described above, or a prospect’s request that you develop an application on their behalf.

Along with some other conditions listed on our DOWNLOAD MENU Page,  below you will find a portion of the conditions you must follow to have your leads guaranteed if choose to purchase that option.

1. Make a good faith effort to contact the individuals listed on the lead cards, using the telephone number they have provided you, within seven (7) days of your receipt of the card,

2. Attempt to contact each and every individual listed on lead cards you receive from Marketing Resources on at least three (3) different days after you receive said lead card and to keep a log or other form of record, including dates and times, of those calls.

3. Ask for the name of any others attached to the mortgage and, except for their date of birth and smoking status, NO OTHER MEDICAL INFORMATION WHILE MAKING THE APPOINTMENT.

4. Set an appointment to meet with ALL of the parties included on the mortgage listed on the lead card, for a time within ten (10) days of the contact.

5. Actually keep that appointment at the time scheduled.

6. Keep a record using the Excel spread sheet provided by Marketing Resources, including dates and times, of any contact, by telephone, in person, or otherwise, you have with the individuals listed on each lead card and a summary of that contact.

7. Contact Marketing Resources before and after each appointment and/or presentation, and each three (3) leads you make, or attempt to make contact with, in order to provide Marketing Resources with an update of your lead results, and further provide Marketing Resources with a written update, as specified above, at the email or physical address they designate.

8. ONLY make the sales presentation in the prospect’s home.

9. ONLY make ANY form of sales presentation when ALL the parties listed on the mortgage are present and participating in the presentation.

10. Make a sincere offer of both term, without ant type of riders other than ADDITIONAL OR OTHER INSURED, first, and then universal life insurance to the prospect with equal enthusiasm for each product.

11. Ask for the sale at the time of the presentation.

12. Keep a record of each sale you make and from which lead card said sale developed using the Excel spread sheet as specified above.

13. NOT OFFER any type of service other than insurance to any individual listed on a lead card we provide you until AFTER you have made an insurance sale.


These conditions may sound strict to some, however, they allow us to offer our extraordinary money back guarantee and, most importantly, using our leads, they result in sales.

We do not have to make refunds very often but, when we do, we will cheerfully do so within days of your request. We need that time to contact each one of your leads to see if you have kept your end of the bargain. Fair enough?
